Stability and dynamic transition of a toxin-producing phytoplankton-zooplankton model with additional food

چکیده

The article aims to investigate the dynamic transitions of a toxin-producing phytoplankton zooplankton model with additional food in 2D-rectangular domain. The investigation is based on transition theory for dissipative dynamical systems. Firstly, we verify principle exchange stability by analysing corresponding linear eigenvalue problem. Secondly, using technique center manifold reduction, determine types transitions. Our results imply that may bifurcate two new steady state solutions, which are either attractors or saddle points. In addition, also periodic solution as control parameter passes critical value. Finally, some numerical given illustrate our conclusions.

SPATIOTEMPORAL DYNAMIC OF TOXIN PRODUCING PHYTOPLANKTON (TPP)-ZOOPLANKTON INTERACTION

The present paper deals with a toxin producing phytoplankton (TPP)-zooplankton interaction in spatial environment in thecontext of phytoplankton bloom. In the absence of diffusion the stability of the given system in terms of co-existence and hopf bifurcation has been discussed. After that TPP-zooplankton interaction is considered in spatiotemporal domain by assuming self diffusion in both popu...

A fractional-order toxin producing phytoplankton and zooplankton system

In this work, we investigate the dynamical behavior of a fractional-order toxin producing on a phytoplankton–zooplankton (TPPZ) system with nutrient cycling. We propose a mathematical system to model this situation. All the feasible equilibria of the system are obtained and the conditions for the existence of the equilibriums are determined. Local stability analysis of the TPPZ is studied by us...

Nutrient-phytoplankton-zooplankton models with a toxin

Models of nutrient-plankton interaction with a toxic substance that inhibits either the growth rate of phytoplankton, zooplankton or both populations are proposed and studied. For simplicity, it is assumed that both nutrient and the toxin have the same constant input and washout rate. The effects of toxin upon the existence, magnitude, and stability of the steady states are examined. Numerical ...

Mathematical Modelling of Migrated Phytoplankton Species in an Infected and Toxin Producing Phytoplankton-Zooplankton System

In this paper the dynamical behaviour of toxin producing phytoplankton and zooplankton system is investigated. The toxin producing phytoplankton are divided into two groups: susceptible phytoplankton and infected phytoplankton. Conditions of local stability of various equilibrium points are derived. Further it is observed that the range of toxin liberation parameter increases for the coexistenc...
